The Bioinformatics Working Group aims to develop innovative and comprehensive solutions for the analysis of biological data. The group conducts projects that bring together many disciplines, including genetic data processing, analysis of genomic and metagenomic datasets, population genetics, and phylogenetic modeling.
Projects are being developed that support processes such as genotyping, genome assembly, phylogenetic tree construction, metagenomic data analysis, and variant summoning using modern bioinformatics tools and advanced algorithms. Specializing particularly in the analysis of complex datasets such as environmental DNA (eDNA) and transcriptome data, the group offers integrated solutions for academic and industrial research. Bioinformatics training and data analysis consulting are also provided for researchers.
