Melike's interests include evolutionary developmental biology (Evo-Devo), ecotone regions, species diversity and adaptation dynamics in amphibians, population genetics, and biodiversity in forest ecosystems.
Melike, She completed her undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Science, Department of Biology. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on the field of microbiology and conducted a project on biological activity supported by TÜBİTAK 2209-A.
His academic work focuses on the field of evolutionary biology. He specifically researches evolutionary processes in amphibians, evolutionary developmental biology (Evo-Devo), and the effects of evolutionary mechanisms on intraspecific diversity.
She currently works as a researcher at the Agrigenomics Hub (AgriGx) Animal and Plant Genomics Research Innovation Center.
