This project aims to evaluate the microbial filtration efficiency of water purification systems used in laboratory settings and other sensitive applications using scientific methods. The study aims to determine microbial diversity at different stages of the filtration process and to investigate the effectiveness of filtration at the molecular level.
Accordingly, the following research objectives have been determined:
Determining the microbial diversity of the inlet water,
Identifying microorganisms retained at different stages of the filtration process,
Evaluation of the microbiological purity level and filtration efficiency of filtered water.
